Müasir musiqi sənətinin banisi, yaradıcılığında Qərb və Şərq üslublarını birləşdirən ictimai xadim Üzeyir Hacıbəyovun 44 illik yaradıcılıq yoluna həsr olunmuş XIV beynəlxalq musiqi festivalı. Festivalın keçirilməsindəki məqsəd Ü.Hacıbəyov musiqisinin zənginliyini, özünəməxsus yaradıcılıq yolunu göstərməkdir. Bununla yanaşı, festivalın rəngarəng atmosferini , harmoniyasını dinləyicilərə çatdırmaqda əsas rol oynayır. Festivalda, müxtəlif yaş qruplarından olan şəxslər, bununla yanaşı işinin peşəkarları da fərqli musiqi janrları ilə çıxış etmişdilər.

XIV international music festival dedicated to the 44-year creative path of Uzeyir Hajibeyov, the founder of modern music, a public figure who combines Western and Eastern styles in his work. The purpose of the festival is to show the richness of U. Hajibeyov's music and his unique creative way. In addition, it plays a key role in conveying the colorful atmosphere and harmony of the festival to the audience. At the festival, people from different age groups, as well as professionals, performed with different music genres.

Üzeyir Hacıbəyovun yaradıcılığına həsr olunmuş XIV beynəlxalq musiqi festivalının ən mühüm komponentlərindən biri də, tədbir üçün xüsusi dizayn edilən kitabdır.
